Analyze longitudinal data with guidance from the PI and in collaboration with other team members, including those based at GW and external international collaborators

Develop queries to ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy of data

Write and run codes for site-specific data quality assessment; interpret and present findings in a monthly monitoring report and scientific publications
