This role focuses on the design, deployment, validation, and implementation of scalable solutions within infrastructure, networking, cloud, and security, while maintaining and upgrading infrastructure systems in accordance with best practices.

Responsibilities
Assisting with the design, deployment, validation, and implementation of scalable solutions within infrastructure, networking, cloud, and security
Maintaining and upgrading infrastructure including servers, email delivery systems, storage, routers, switches, firewalls, remote access systems, and network management systems
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on IT experience
Preferred
Experience with the Microsoft Stack
Office 365 – MCSA Office 365
Microsoft Intune
Microsoft Windows Administration tools (AD Users and Computers, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, Sites and Services, etc.)
Microsoft Active Directory
Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013/2016/Office 365
Experience with Citrix Technologies
Experience with Meraki & CISCO
Virtualization Experience - VMware Technologies & CITRIX
Experience managing on-premises and hosted data center environments
Experience in Infrastructure and Operations services
Experience in Enterprise Cloud Migration and Transformation
Intermediate knowledge of Cloud Economics and Optimization
Experience with a Managed Cloud service supporting AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Previous experience with managed service providers, operational management, and ongoing continuous improvement
Server Deployment – MSCA Windows Server 2016
Cloud – AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate, Microsoft Certified Azure
Network Basics – Cisco - CCNA
Firewall – Checkpoint CCSA
VMware – vSphere 6.5 Foundations Exam
Security – Certified Network Defender
