Responsibilities

Support recruiting strategies, candidate engagement, and hiring initiatives
Contribute to learning initiatives, leadership development, and career growth experiences
Assist in addressing teammate needs, driving engagement, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone on the team
Gain hands-on experience supporting projects that drive fairness, competitiveness, and employee wellbeing
Assist with analyzing compensation data, researching market trends, and helping to enhance our benefits and compensation programs
Assist with the administration and optimization of our HR systems and processes
Support data management, system troubleshooting, and process improvements

Required
