Enterprise Account Executive – Talent Pool

Responsibilities

Develop and own relationships with senior healthcare leaders (CMO, CNO, CMIO, CIO) to drive new enterprise logo wins
Build, qualify, and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities through inbound and outbound motions
Function as primary partner for specific clients, understanding business needs, and growing their portfolio of products through cross-sell and upsell motions
Build strong, cross functional relationships with all levels of a customer organization
Lead consultative, value-based discovery conversations and guide prospects through the full sales cycle
Deliver compelling in-person and virtual sales presentations across your assigned territory
Maintain a deep understanding of healthcare industry trends, workflows, financial drivers, and decision-making structures
Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to execute strategic initiatives and win complex deals
Travel to customer sites as needed

Required

BA/BS required
5-15+ years of enterprise-level sales experience, ideally in SaaS
A strong track record of closing new logo business and consistently exceeding quota
Demonstrated ability to build senior executive relationships and navigate complex C-Suite buying committees
A consultative, solution-selling mindset and the ability to articulate value in a complex environment
High energy, grit, and enthusiasm that aligns with TigerConnect's culture and values
Cross-functional collaboration skills to help shape market strategy
Strong critical thinking, communication skills, and executive presence
Experience in acute healthcare is required

Preferred

MBA or advanced degree is a plus
