Postdoctoral Fellow - Leukemia - Research

Responsibilities
Conduct research on cell death and cell survival pathways, as well as mechanisms of drug resistance in myeloid leukemia stem cells
Use molecular biology methodologies including gene editing, mutation detection, gene and protein expression analysis, and chromatin accessibility profiling
Evaluate responses to drug treatments in both in vitro and in vivo leukemia cell systems
Collaborate with established investigators in interdisciplinary projects involving various laboratory techniques
Write reports on scientific results and present findings in meetings and conferences
Qualification
Required
M.D. and/or Ph.D. degree
Expertise in cell, molecular, and cancer biology
Strong practical background and comprehensive knowledge of cell death pathways and cell signaling
Proficiency in laboratory techniques, including cell culture, drug treatment, and cell death assays
Molecular cloning
Flow cytometry
Experience with murine models of leukemia
Data analytic skills using innovative analytical approaches
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
One or more first-author publications in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals in the field of hematology
