Responsibilities
Management, maintenance, and continuous optimization of our Salesforce instance
Implementation of adaptations and incremental improvements to support existing functions
Handling of requests and issues within the scope of first-level support
Analysis of requirements from business departments and development of suitable solutions in close collaboration with the Tech Team
Documentation of changes and technical processes to ensure transparency and traceability
Implementation of sprint tasks, which are coordinated and prioritized together with the Technical Lead and the Project Manager
Ensuring data quality and consistency, as well as performing simple data migrations
Support in the creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and automations
Training and support of end-users on the Salesforce platform
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration and configuration
Profound knowledge of the Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales & Service), and ideally also in JustOn, Experience Cloud, and Field Service
Experience in dealing with Change Management processes in Salesforce, ideally with Gearset, and a high sense of responsibility for adhering to defined development and deployment guidelines
Knowledge of Apex and Lightning Web Components is a plus
A structured and diligent approach to work with an eye for detail – especially when implementing and documenting technical changes
You are a team player with excellent communication skills
A proactive, solution-oriented work approach and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
Fluent in English (written and spoken) and German language skills at B2 level for end-user support
