Responsibilities

Ensures proper packaging, labeling and staging of facility orders

Coordinates and runs daily WMS operations

Supervises daily operations’ schedule to make sure all items are ready and staged in the warehouse on time

Processes, picks, packs, and stages all customer orders when needed

Checks in weekly order and supervises the put away process

Responsible for the let-down process to ensure that sufficient quantities of product are in the pick location

Advises inventory analyst of out-of-stock or short dated items upon discovery and rotates stock as necessary

Ensures all shipments are labeled correctly

Maintains distribution pull list files

Conducts routine cycle counts upon request

Maintains all material handling equipment and reports any potential problems

Performs physical inventory counts during semi-annual inventory

Qualification

WMS experienceDistribution Clerk experienceTechnician certificationMathematical calculationsHigh School Diploma

Required

High School Diploma or GED Required

Performing basic mathematical calculations, balance and reconciliation of figures Required

1 year Distribution Clerk experience Required

Preferred

Technician certification preferred within 2 years of hire Preferred
