Analyze every aspect of your customer’s operations

Provide tangible advice on business process improvements

Develop an overall picture of your client’s current structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes

Use discussions and workshops with stakeholders and support staff to identify the elements that work best in their environment and areas for improvement

Work on a path forward with senior decision makers and your client

Required

8+ years of experience with military operations, team coordination, and monthly training material and presentations

8+ years of experience interfacing with military command personnel, and developing, writing, and editing situation reports (SITREP)

Experience tracking and monitoring documents from inception to distribution utilizing the Marine Corps Administrative Tracking System (MCATS)

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Secret clearance

Bachelor's degree
