Audio Visual Live Event Technician

CTI is a leading AV provider with over 35 years of experience, dedicated to providing a fantastic customer experience. They are seeking a Live Event Technician to support productions, set up AV equipment, and maintain customer relationships while ensuring high-quality service during events.

Responsibilities

Work with the production team to ensure that all clients receive equipment and technical support as needed while providing a fantastic customer experience

Provide support for productions and satellite locations as needed

Set-up and tear-down of audio-visual equipment in conference centers including video, audio, lighting, staging, and other equipment for event productions

Maintain accurate inventory, and suggest repairs, storage, or replacement of equipment. Maintain all equipment and tracking of equipment location

Work closely with internal and external customers to determine their needs, and set up and/or supervise the AV support during the events. Build customer relationships

Check-in rental returns, check for damage and proper operation, clean, and return to storage

Assist with inventory control and warehouse management/organization

Other tasks as assigned

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent

Customer Service Experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently with minimal guidance

Eager to learn and tackle any situation
