Responsibilities

Spend 10 weeks gaining hands-on experience across key marketing functions, including product marketing, corporate materials (advertising), and events

Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns, advertisements, content creation, and promotional initiatives across multiple channels

Conduct market and competitive research to support business development, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies

Assist in preparing marketing materials such as presentations and sales collateral

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Corporate Communications to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging

Develop professional skills through mentorship, learning sessions, and exposure to marketing tools, platforms, and best practices

Build a strong foundation for a future career in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related business disciplines at AAR or within the broader business community

Participate in structured learning sessions and mentorship opportunities with marketing leaders and subject matter experts across the organization

Take ownership of a meaningful marketing-related project, applying creativity and analytical thinking to develop insights, recommendations, and final deliverables presented to Marketing Leadership

Gain a strong understanding of how a global organization operates by learning how marketing supports growth, customer engagement, and brand strategy within the aerospace industry
