The attorney will principally advise clients on commercial real estate transactions and corporate transactions, while also developing a varied skill set and working with colleagues across multiple offices.

Required

Three to six years of real estate transactional experience, preferably from a large law firm
Experience in managing matters and comfort interacting directly with clients
Strong level-appropriate drafting skills
Excellent academic credentials
Strong interpersonal skills
Commitment to excellence
Excellent supervisors of junior attorneys and paralegals
Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Member of the Bar in the United States

Preferred

Experience with real estate finance
Experience with purchase and sale transactions
Experience with joint ventures
