Wells Enterprises is seeking a Customer Supply Chain Analyst to lead customer supply chain strategy development and execution. This role involves direct interaction with customer supply chain business partners and collaboration with internal teams to drive efficiency and improve scorecard ratings for assigned customers.

Responsibilities

Assists with customer supply chain strategy development and execution through direct interaction with customer supply chain business partners, managing responsibility for smaller customers

Collaborates and partners with internal cross functional teams to identify customer-facing supply chain efficiency opportunities and drive proactive organizational solutions, assisting with claims team Smartsheet identifying validity of deductions for designated customers

Leads customer scorecard development – tracking and data collection for assigned customers. Builds both internal scorecards and manages customer-delivered scorecards. Responsible for developing insights and action plans from analysis and leads organization alignment and communication of learning with customers, collaborating to drive overall scorecard rating improvements

Develop reporting and scorecarding through data received via customer supply chain portals, assisting team with information supporting progress in customer deliveries and reduction of fees/fines 5 – Assists with customer allocation tool, designated as back-up to manage tool when needed
