Responsibilities
Support high-volume, non-exempt recruiting in a warehouse/manufacturing setting
Focus primarily on top-of-funnel recruiting , including:
Outreach and candidate engagement
Initial conversations to generate interest
Interview scheduling and coordination
Partner closely with onsite leadership to understand hiring needs and priorities
Maintain accurate candidate tracking and scheduling
Provide a positive, efficient candidate experience
Keep hiring moving quickly in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Experience recruiting non-exempt, hourly roles in high volume
Background in warehouse, manufacturing, operations, or similar environments
Strong communication skills and comfort engaging candidates by phone and in person
Ability to thrive onsite and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Open to candidates with recruiting experience in high-volume staffing
Customer service or call-center recruiting
Entry-level or operations recruiting
