The Associate Director, Infrastructure Business Ops will lead and improve organizational decision making and reporting processes, collaborating closely with the ES Infrastructure leadership team and synthesizing relevant data into executive-level deliverables.

Responsibilities

Teaming closely with the ES Infrastructure leadership team to identify and execute key communications and stakeholder management activities

Serve as an independent and trusted advisor to the ES Infrastructure leadership team

Lead and facilitating organizational governance for the executive level such as CTO governance councils, leadership offsites, workshops

Develop and effectively collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders who engage with ES Infrastructure leadership

Develop and maintaining a knowledge repository of all major aspects of ES Infrastructure strategy and operations

Create data analysis and visualization to support leadership inquiries into various aspects of Infrastructure services

Provide best practices and professional development to the executive administration team supporting ES Infrastructure executives

Required

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
