The Operations Engineer Intern will gain hands-on exposure to manufacturing operations, safety systems, and production planning while collaborating with engineers and management to complete projects.

Responsibilities
Demonstrate and/or lead the commitment to the pursuit of achieving Zero Harm through behavioral based safety
Live and foster the IPL Corporate Value, and Participate in BEx initiatives and activities
Work with the operations team on a daily basis to learn and understand how the plant operates
Spend time understanding the business while being mentored by assigned manager and Senior Engineer
Collaborate with Operations, Management, and Engineering staff to complete given tasks
Involvement with researching and design of projects
Qualification
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in engineering - chemical engineering preferred
Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player
