Responsibilities
Partnering closely with the Senior Vice President to develop and execute strategic business plans that align with Synopsys’s vision and growth objectives
Driving operational efficiency initiatives across the IP Group (IPG) and Software Security Group (SSG), identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices
Establishing, monitoring, and refining performance management processes to ensure organizational accountability and continuous improvement
Overseeing and coordinating key programs and projects that span multiple business functions, ensuring alignment, timely delivery, and measurable outcomes
Facilitating executive-level alignment, communication, and collaboration to break down silos and foster a unified leadership pipeline
Managing leadership meetings, executive communications, and critical decision-making forums to maintain momentum on strategic priorities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience in leadership roles with a focus on operational strategy and execution
Proven track record in operational and project management, with demonstrated success in large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including executive presentations and stakeholder engagement
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
