Responsibilities
Issue and manage export documentation for finished products, including technical data sheets and export health certificates, by locating and collating accurate data from existing systems and records
Prepare and release weekly production recipes by allocating batch numbers, printing recipe sheets from the system, and ensuring they are ready for handover to the mill team in line with production plans
Maintain and update product filling and labelling specifications, manually amending files whenever labels or product details change to ensure all documentation remains current and compliant
Log and track laboratory test results in established spreadsheets, transferring data accurately and flagging any anomalies to managers, while supporting internal auditing activities and routine quality checks
Support the QA team with day-to-day quality administration, including investigating non-conformances, contributing to procedure updates, and collaborating with mill and quality colleagues to help resolve issues and promote continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in a quality, technical, or administration role, within manufacturing, feed, or food industries
Attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling technical documentation, export paperwork, and data entry
Skilled user of Microsoft Office, with solid Excel skills (e.g. working with existing spreadsheets, using lookups and pivot tables) and good knowledge of Word and Outlook
Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks, prioritise workload, and work to regular weekly deadlines (such as issuing production recipes)
Comfortable working mainly in an office-based, computer-focused role, with occasional time spent in the mill to support projects or problem-solving
Commitment to working on-site full time, Monday to Friday, within the set site hours at our Monmouth site
