Responsibilities
Perform new and renewed loans pre and post-closing review process for Commercial and post-closing review for Mortgage and Consumer loans
Add and delete exceptions tracked in Signature (Core Operator)
Properly document compliance exceptions
Imports QCRH Loan Quality Documentation
Maintain and build relationships with other loan operations staff
Comply with all company or regulatory policies, procedures and requirements applicable to this position
Foster and preserve a culture of inclusion
Additional duties and responsibilities may be required to support the company’s mission, vision and values
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
One to three years of experience in the loan operations area or equivalent area
Understanding of loan documentation across various loan products and comprehension of loan process / procedures
Critical thinking skills, detail oriented, ability to prioritize and organize workflow independently
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
