Champion a culture of improvement by making Lean thinking part of daily life
Build and lead a strategy for continuous improvement across all levels of the plant
Partner with leaders to drive real results through standardized Lean processes
Lead critical projects to boost the speed, quality, and efficiency of our supply chain
Coach teams through Kaizen events, PDCA cycles, and DMAIC problem-solving
Manage a healthy project pipeline to deliver cost savings and long-term wins
Use data to drive decisions and track key metrics for success
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
Lean or Six Sigma Certification
Led 50+ Kaizen events and 15+ Value Stream Analyses
5+ years of heavy data analysis experience (Excel and MiniTab)
3+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing
