Responsibilities

Install equipment (conduit, junction boxes, lights, control panels, vfd’s, etc.) according to wiring diagrams using ladders, hand tools, etc
Assist in testing equipment to diagnose malfunctions using test equipment and if necessary, apply knowledge of the functional operation of electronic units and systems
Bend metal conduit using pipes bending equipment
Measure, cut and pull the wire according to the specification sheets
Terminate wiring at panels and various devices
Other responsibilities as assigned

Required

High School Diploma
One (1) to three (3) years of experience as an Electrical Cabler
Read engineering drawings
Perform work with precision and thoroughness
Work at a steady pace and produce quality work

Versatile, autonomous, and responsible
Be a good team colleague
Assess your own strengths and weaknesses
Look for training and development opportunities
Continuously develop knowledge and skills
Share your expertise with others
Proficiency in English communication, both oral and written

Preferred

Training in electricity, an asset
