Postdoctoral Fellow - Immunology

Responsibilities
Explore host-microbe interactions in gastrointestinal cancer microbiota and the TME using advanced spatial imaging technologies, single-cell sequencing, and functional genomics approaches
Perform lineage tracing and investigate cellular and molecular pathways impacted by tumor-associated bacteria
Leverage genomics and transcriptomics data, as well as preclinical models, to decipher the mechanisms of bacterial impact on cancer progression
Engage in collaborative, cross-disciplinary research with access to state-of-the-art facilities and tools
Acquire professional development and expertise in single-cell sequencing, tissue imaging approaches, functional genomics, and translational research planning and strategy
Qualification
Required
Ph.D. in biological sciences, cancer biology, cell and molecular biology, microbiology, computational biology, or a related field
Demonstrated expertise in cancer cell biology, lineage tracing, and cell and molecular biology techniques
A track record of scientific productivity, as evidenced by peer-reviewed publications
Strong collaboration, curiosity, creativity, and organizational skills
Dedication to advancing fundamental knowledge of the cancer microbiome and translating findings into innovative therapeutic strategies
