Responsibilities

Provide direct onsite IT support to Client employees across multiple locations
Serve as primary contact for endpoint hardware, operating systems, and enterprise applications
Support new hire onboarding, device provisioning, and accessory assistance
Proactively identify and resolve potential hardware and software issues
Ensure endpoint devices meet security standards (patching, drivers, supported app levels)
Troubleshoot technical issues and partner with infrastructure teams as needed
Support adoption of new and upcoming IT initiatives and services
Leverage technical curiosity and customer focus to continuously improve digital user experience

Required

Working knowledge of setup, configuration, and use of computer hardware, software, and networks
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills focused on endpoint devices and peripherals
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Azure, SharePoint, Teams)
Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users
Basic understanding of operating systems including Windows, macOS, and iOS
Strong customer service mindset with ability to work directly with end users
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous Customer Service experience required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Client does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status

Preferred

Previous Help Desk experience preferred
Completed Apple Certifications: CompTIA A+ and Apple Certified Support Professional
Completed Microsoft 365 Fundamentals Certification
IT Technician certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified IT Professional) is a plus
