Production Manager

Trigger(House is a creatively driven marketing agency specializing in experiential engagement. The Production Manager is responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end production process for various projects, ensuring client expectations are exceeded while maximizing program profitability.

Responsibilities

Lead the production strategy and project plans for projects, collaborating with VP of Production and the various internal T(H teams
Provide collaborative creative and direction on client projects to ensure that the client's unique business objectives are met
Generate new and innovative approaches to problems
Able to manage projects to ensure successful delivery (on time, within budget, meeting agreed upon success criteria) to establish clear goals and accountabilities. Also includes the ability to develop project plans, allocate resources, identify potential issues/risks, and develop contingency plans
Coordinate work with Creative leadership team, Account Services, and Sales to initiate jobs using standardized formats, develop project estimates and timelines
Define, obtain, and manage structured feedback and approvals to ensure that deliverables are being reviewed by all necessary stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and other creative teams, against established project objectives
Generate and maintain production/technical documents (run of show, production/crew schedule, set-up and strike logistics schedule etc.)
Manage the creation of plans/drawings for event concepts and executions
Develop diverse network/resources to leverage "best in class" knowledge, approaches, and processes
Knowledgeable of methods or techniques used and ability to inspire quality performance
Able to evaluate and ensure that vendor performance meets or exceeds defined performance standards and adheres to overall company policies and procedures
Identify, select, prepare and distribute "Requests for Proposals" in order to hire, contract, and engage third parties (e.g., agencies, suppliers, events, properties, sponsorships, licensees and rights holders, vendors, retailers, etc.)
Manage vendors onsite for installations and union installs
Negotiate contracts with third parties/vendor partners in order to provide the client with necessary marketing opportunities and services
Manage the production process, workflow, workload, and resources across multiple projects
Report to Department Head on the status and strategy of all programs
Be someone who people go to for solutions
Act as a good coach to develop and grow the junior production team to their full potential
Generate new or unique solutions and embrace new ideas that help sustain our business or make us stand out—DRIVE INNOVATION
Inspire people to deliver our vision, demonstrate passion for Trigger(House, and show people, anything is possible—we haven’t found a task we couldn’t accomplish yet!
Communicate obstacles and improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to management team, help implement process
Always perform brand and quality control checks on all projects and deliverables, utilizing brand and creative standards and guidelines
Willingly jump into whatever is needed: designing, fabricating, printing, driving, etc
Be knowledgeable and forward-thinking with current industry-standard production, technologies, and equipment
Leverage new and existing relationship to drive new business

Required
