Quality Assurance Auditor

Kelly Benefits is one of the nation’s largest employee benefit administrators, brokers, payroll providers and consultants. They are seeking a Quality Assurance Auditor to measure accuracy and procedure compliance, audit data, validate compliance, and assist in developing efficiencies to meet company goals.

Insurance

Responsibilities

Auditing data entered in the Kelly Benefits and or vendor partner systems identifying discrepancies
Validating compliance with processing and procedures
Report feedback to processors and or teams to maintain high accuracy trends
Track employee accuracy for quality reporting
Assist in developing efficiencies to help meet and exceed departmental and production goals for the company

Qualification

Microsoft ExcelAnalytical capabilitiesWindows based systemsCritical thinking

Required

High School diploma
Knowledge of Microsoft products - including but not limited to MS Excel, MS Word
Experienced and skills in computer systems in a Windows based environment
Demonstrate critical thinking skills with analytical capabilities

Preferred

some college preferred
Knowledge of group benefits / insurance carrier eligibility rules a plus
