Agile Defense is seeking a qualified individual to join our award-winning Procurement Department in support of our internal and government customers. The Subcontracts Administrator will perform pre-award and post-award activities, leveraging resources for effective decision-making and collaborating with a close-knit team to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

Maintain DCMA Contractor Purchase System Reviews (CPSR0-compliant procurement files
Coordinate with Contracts and Finance Departments in administering procurement invoicing and payments, procurement audit/filing, and closeout process
Ensure the management of subcontract file(s), including preparation and control of all modifications and correspondence
Interface and coordinate with vendor/subcontractor, and internal department personnel
Maintain a filing system and be responsible for formal correspondence on procurement matters
Process and negotiate NDAs and Teaming Agreements
Assist with data calls and support proposal efforts
Prepare and execute subcontracts incorporating flow-downs and other contractual requirements
Other responsibilities as required

Required

BS/BA degree in Business Administration or equivalent with at least 3 years of job-related experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Knowledge of FAR/DFAR
Experience negotiating Terms and Conditions (e.g., negotiating Subcontracts, NDAs, Teaming Agreements, Consulting Agreements, etc.)
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
Detail-oriented and proactive
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
Results-oriented with the ability to produce high quality and accurate work products

Preferred

Familiarity with DCMA Contractor Purchase System Reviews (CPSR) highly preferred
