Responsibilities

Drive strategic, functional, and technical agenda for an integrated Internal Audit platform
Act as a BA/PM/SM leveraging technical, analytical, and problem-solving background to help drive the team’s output to success
Manage complex technology projects and interact with multiple senior stakeholders across organizations
Respond well to change and quickly pick up new concepts in an ever-moving regulatory landscape
Ask questions and leverage the skill set of those around him/her
Extend one’s technical knowledge with challenging projects and the use of new technologies
Expand on their knowledge of the financial services industry through business stakeholders and industry activities and events
Work in an open environment where everyone can express their views and make significant contributions

Required

10+ years of B/A experience with banking/financial industry in a technical role that blends hands-on experience and proven delivery success
