Responsibilities

Trade and manage positions across various crypto spot and derivatives markets, working closely with portfolio managers and risk managers to determine best execution and position management

Coordinate closely with the global trading teams to maintain seamless 24/7 market coverage

Provide research, analysis, and trade ideas on various crypto, crypto-linked equities, and macro catalysts that may drive various firm positions

Ensure accurate trade capture and quality data flow in our risk systems

Execute and maintain up-to-date position reconciliation with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness

Compile and analyze metrics for trading

Work cross functionally with accounting and operations teams to ensure record accuracy and investigate discrepancies in a timely manner

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (STEM)

1 - 3 years of experience in options/derivatives trading experience at a bank, proprietary trading firm, or market-making firm. Crypto experience is a plus

Basic understanding of options theory and greek risks

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Team-oriented

Passionate about trading, macroeconomic markets, and interest in crypto

Personal experience using various blockchain protocols and understanding of crypto liquidity conditions

Preferred

Coding skills (Python, SQL) are desirable but not mandatory
