Senior Financial Operations Manager
Argon Medical Devices is a global manufacturer of specialty medical products, headquartered in Plano, Texas. The Senior Financial Operations Manager is responsible for developing and providing key analyses to support all aspects of operations finance, driving financial performance, and supporting various business cases.

Responsibilities
Drive financial performance across multiple sites, pro-actively identifying opportunities to standardize processes, identifying and mitigating risks
Build and maintain repeatable financial models aimed at facilitating decision making, forecasting results and analyzing operational performance
Full support of annual operating plan and forecasting of operational results
Develop, maintain and publish dashboards and drillable analyses to facilitate regular executive review of performance drivers
Full support of S&OP process including validation of financial and forecast accuracy data presented
Provide full support for NPI, PMO, and CPA business cases including validation of estimates for costs, savings, and profitability and tracking achievement against committed targets
Complete special projects and ad hoc analyses as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field
8 years' experience required including 3-5 years planning for full P&L and working capital requirements
Manufacturing / Plant experience
Cost Accounting and FP&A experience
Strong financial planning and analysis background with a solid knowledge of US GAAP
Demonstrated experience with enterprise planning and data mining tools
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft data analysis and visualization applications such as Access, Power BI and PowerPivot
Experience with enterprise reporting systems such as Oracle FCCS, Hyperion, or OneStream
Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills
Ability to navigate and extract data from an ERP system
Accuracy and attention to detail
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with cross functional teams
10%- 20% Travel
Preferred
Medical device experience preferred but not required
