Responsibilities
Reach out via phone calls to individuals and families. Introduce MHC in a warm, hopeful, and clear way that makes people feel cared for immediately
Reduce fear, increase understanding, and make next steps simple
Use training in communication, business development, and active listening to help people work through hesitations to move them from 'maybe later' to 'I’m ready now.'
Partner closely with Enrollment Clinicians who complete the next phase of enrollment, making sure each person lands in the right hands
Follow up consistently, manage outreach efficiently in HubSpot, and strengthen our partnerships by ensuring people receive timely guidance
Qualification
Required
Experience in communication, business development, and active listening
Ability to make at least 100 calls per shift
Ability to enroll at least 25 people in MHC services
Professionalism and warmth in representing MHC across every touchpoint
Motivation to connect people seeking care to MHC
Ability to enjoy a fast but steady flow of interactions
Ability to stay grounded in the process
Desire for meaningful work
Preferred
Training in motivational communication
Training in de-escalation and empathy
Training in persuasion and objection handling
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot)
Knowledge of behavioral health and community resource navigation
