Test Engineer - multiple levels - CLEARANCE and POLYGRAPH REQUIRED
Constellation Technologies, Inc is seeking Test Engineers with active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph. The role involves analyzing system requirements, supporting government test documentation, and providing specialized test and evaluation capabilities.

Responsibilities
Experience analyzing system requirements and concept of operations documents, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures, prepare for and conduct the data collection and analysis, and report status and results
Experience supporting the development of Government test and evaluation documentation e.g., Test & Evaluation (T&E) Strategy, Test & Evaluation Master Plan, Event Test Plans, Test Readiness Assessments, and T&E Reports
Experience working with other test organizations to support T&E program integration
Provides specialized T&E capabilities tailored to system functions, level, maturity, and performance area as assigned in the SOW
Qualification
Required
Must be a US Citizen
Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph
This position is open to multiple levels of years of experience; two (02) years within the last five (05) years must be directly related to the job you are applying for
Eight (08) years of experience as a Test Engineer (TE) on programs of similar scope, type, and complexity
Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or a related field from an accredited institution or (Alternate Qualification) Four (4) additional years of TE experience substituted in lieu of a bachelor's degree
Experience analyzing system requirements and concept of operations documents, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures, prepare for and conduct the data collection and analysis, and report status and results
Experience supporting the development of Government test and evaluation documentation e.g., Test & Evaluation (T&E) Strategy, Test & Evaluation Master Plan, Event Test Plans, Test Readiness Assessments, and T&E Reports

Preferred
Apply Statistical Analysis of variations in performance behavior to characterize confidence in performance estimates
Select, develop, & use analysis tools
Execute the evaluation plan of data collected by the Testing Task
Plan and Execute Performance Data Collection
Plan program and event level testing for collection of data required for analysis and to synch T&E events with supported decision points
