Responsibilities
Assist with product and sales training for new offerings and ongoing education
Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive front office training plan and ongoing employee development
Promote ALLO’s core values and brand excellence in the local markets
Advocate for community involvement and serve as an example of company culture
Foster relationships across ALLO departments to better serve our customers and employees
Schedule regular one-on-one meetings with front office staff
Participate in biweekly front office meetings and biweekly leadership meetings
Coordinate annual and semi-annual performance reviews in partnership with the Front Office Manager
Act as the primary point of contact for daily front office needs, escalating to the manager when necessary
Manage office coverage across all locations, collaborating with other departments as needed
Refer disciplinary concerns to the Front Office Manager for resolution
Approve timecards and monitor attendance
Schedule weekly 30-minute update meetings with the Front Office Manager
Review and refine front office processes to ensure seamless service delivery across all markets
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Front Office Manager
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
5+ years of ALLO Front Office experience
Preferred
Additional supervisory experience
