Responsibilities
Lead workshops with senior business leaders to identify high-value use cases for autonomous agents and define the ROI for AI investments
Architect scalable, serverless AI solutions using Amazon Bedrock Agents and Knowledge Bases for RAG implementation
Design action groups and execute logic using AWS Lambda functions to allow agents to interact with external systems
Evaluate and select appropriate Foundation Models (e.g., Anthropic Claude, Amazon Titan, Meta Llama) via Bedrock based on cost, latency, and reasoning capabilities
Oversee the deployment pipelines (CI/CD) for AI agents and monitor performance using Amazon CloudWatch and Bedrock Guardrails

Primary technical authority on Agentic AI
Designing systems where Foundation Models (FMs) interact intelligently with enterprise data and APIs
Leading high-stakes conversations with senior leadership to define the 'Art of the Possible' regarding GenAI
Lead workshops with senior business leaders to identify high-value use cases for autonomous agents and define the ROI for AI investments
Architect scalable, serverless AI solutions using Amazon Bedrock Agents and Knowledge Bases for RAG implementation
Design action groups and execute logic using AWS Lambda functions to allow agents to interact with external systems
Evaluate and select appropriate Foundation Models (e.g., Anthropic Claude, Amazon Titan, Meta Llama) via Bedrock based on cost, latency, and reasoning capabilities
Oversee the deployment pipelines (CI/CD) for AI agents and monitor performance using Amazon CloudWatch and Bedrock Guardrails
Deep understanding of prompt engineering for agents, chain-of-thought reasoning, and managing context windows for long-running tasks
Extensive experience configuring Agents, Knowledge Bases, and Guardrails in Amazon Bedrock
Strong command of AWS Lambda (Python/Node.js) and API Gateway for agent tool execution
Experience with Vector Engines (e.g., OpenSearch Serverless, Aurora PostgreSQL) for RAG
Ability to bridge the gap between cloud-native AI agents and on-premise robotic process automation
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence C-Suite decision-making
Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact technology solutions in enterprise environments
AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional) or AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty is highly desirable
Preferred
Hands-on experience or architectural knowledge of UiPath and Automation Anywhere
