Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end FP&A responsibilities for approximately $160M in annual R&D spend across global functions
Lead monthly close activities, including journal entries, variance analysis, and insightful reporting with commentary
Build annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans in collaboration with R&D and Clinical leadership
Perform financial modeling and strategic analysis to guide decisions on new product development and clinical trial investments
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to drive business results
Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to support performance tracking and decision-making
Prepare high-quality financial presentations and materials for senior leadership
Drive process improvements to streamline financial reporting and enhance business support
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance or Accounting
Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, formulas, and pivot tables
Preferred
Experience building dashboards in Power BI
CPA or CMA certification
