Responsibilities
Lead financial and operational modeling and analytics to support strategic decision-making
Prepare M&A due diligence, valuation, structuring, and negotiations
Project management, particularly cross-functions and business integration and coordination
Assess and develop market strategies for entry, exit, expansion for review by decision makers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in technical degree (engineering, science), business, or accounting
Typically requires 5+ years of work experience in Corporate Development, Venture Capital, Private Equity, or Investment Banking, with transaction and negotiations experience a plus
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and project management skills
Maintains rigorous attention to detail, ensuring precision and reliability
Reviews work thoroughly to ensure accuracy and consistency
Demonstrated ability to prepare executive-level presentations and reports summarizing complex analyses and recommendations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels
Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and tailor messaging to diverse audiences
Excellent organizational capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completion
Proven ability to drive results in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
Ability to work or attend meetings outside of traditional business hours or take on projects with limited or no notice at times
