Responsibilities

Build and operate the cross-practice operating model for the D&A Super Practice

Lead the integration of D&A with adjacent Super Practices including Office of the CFO (OCFO) and Business Transformation and Transaction (BT&T)

Operationalize a best-in-class delivery engine

Drive continuous improvement and standardization across the US and global D&A teams

Partner closely with the D&A Practice Leader to serve as a strategic partner

Stand up processes with other Super Practices & Solutions: lead cross-practice operating model design and execution for D&A integration across OCFO and BT&T

Lead and operationalize the CFO Solutions workstream, partnering with the AI Solution Owner

Establish processes that use D&A as lead-generation for the BT&T practice

Define and implement global and cross-practice SOPs; stand up and chair a bi-weekly Delivery Council

Partner with the India COO and AI Labs to identify AI automation opportunities

Drive alliance execution with designated D&A alliance leads and future Alliance hire

Institutionalize standardization, reusable assets, playbooks, and operational effectiveness across the D&A global team

Coordinate with IT and other enabling teams on tech infrastructure, tooling, security, and access to support efficient delivery

Manage internal cross-collaboration including staffing & resource management, reporting and practice leadership processes

Travel to US offices and client sites as needed to support delivery governance, cross-practice integration, and operational rollouts

Required

15+ years of consulting, analytics/data platform, or AI-enabled operations experience, including 8+ years leading multi-disciplinary delivery or operations at scale in a professional services or PE-backed environment

Demonstrated success building cross-practice operating models, SOPs, and governance (e.g., delivery councils, quality gates, playbooks) that improve speed, quality, and margin

Experience integrating data/analytics capabilities with CFO Solutions and transformation programs; familiarity with value-creation in PE-backed environments

Working knowledge of major data/AI platforms and alliances (e.g., Snowflake; modern cloud stacks; familiarity with OpenAI and AI Labs-style roadmaps)

Strong partner management and cross-functional leadership skills; able to align senior stakeholders, translate strategy into execution plans, and deliver results through influence

Comfort with global delivery models; experience partnering across US/India or similar distributed teams

Excellent communication, change leadership, and program management skills; strong bias for action and continuous improvement
