Work with Corporate and branch office team members to prepare marketing, proposal, SF330, and presentation materials
Prepare and update technical resumes and project write-ups
Assist with various other marketing-related tasks
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Creating, writing, and editing skills
Ability to collaborate with internal teams and departments
Ability to work independently when needed
Preferred 2 years of demonstrated experience performing similar services with engineering, environmental consulting, or construction firms
Teamwork perspective and desire to lead or support any and all initiatives for Ninyo & Moore
Positive attitude, detail oriented, and ability to problem solve
Well organized with excellent time management skills
Effective communicator
Desire to have fun and enjoy the work day
Strong work ethic
Ability to use experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and meet demanding deadlines
Comfortable working under pressure and able to handle multiple tasks
Strong writing skills
