Responsibilities
Maintain and optimize dry etch processes to meet production and quality goals
Monitor and control process performance; troubleshoot yield and defect issues
Develop and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
Install and qualify new tools and process technologies
Support technology transfers and ensure compliance with qualification and reliability standards
Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies for continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related STEM field
Strong understanding of etch principles, theories, and techniques
Experience with Design of Experiments (DOE) and data analysis
Minimum 3 years of experience in dry etch process engineering in a high-volume manufacturing environment
Hands-on expertise with dry etch tools
Preferred
Familiarity with wet etch tools is nice to have
