Responsibilities
Partner with executive leadership to translate strategic vision into executable transformation roadmaps
Lead the operationalization of company-wide transformation initiatives from planning through execution
Establish governance frameworks and metrics to track progress against transformation goals
Drive organizational alignment and change readiness across all business units
Lead the strategic rationalization and consolidation of our product portfolio to optimize market positioning and operational efficiency
Accelerate our transition to SaaS business models, including technical migration, pricing strategy, and customer transition planning
Champion the integration of agentic AI technologies across products and operations, driving both internal adoption and new product innovation
Develop and execute strategies that drive organic growth outpacing the markets we serve, with focus on customer acquisition, retention, and expansion
Design and implement comprehensive change management strategies that ensure stakeholder buy-in and adoption
Build transformation capabilities across the organization through training, communication, and enablement
Identify and mitigate risks to transformation success, proactively addressing resistance and obstacles
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure aligned execution
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on transformation priorities and trade-offs
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive accountability and results
Qualification
Required
15+ years of progressive leadership experience with at least 7 years in transformation, strategy, or change management roles
Proven track record leading large-scale business transformations in technology or SaaS companies
Deep expertise in change management methodologies and frameworks
Experience with product portfolio strategy and rationalization
Strong understanding of SaaS business models, migration strategies, and economics
Demonstrated knowledge of AI technologies and their application in business transformation
Executive presence with exceptional communication and influence skills
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
MBA or advanced degree preferred
Preferred
Experience leading transformations in companies with $500M+ revenue
Background in management consulting at plus (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar)
Technical background or deep understanding of software development and cloud technologies
Track record of driving growth in competitive, fast-moving markets
Experience with M&A integration and organizational restructuring
Certifications in change management (Prosci, ADKAR) or agile methodologies
