Territory Sales Manager- Outside Eyewear Sales (Dakotas)
ClearVision Optical is an independent, family-owned business recognized for its powerful portfolio of eyewear brands. The Territory Sales Manager will drive growth in their territory through proactive prospecting, consultative selling, and relationship building with independent eye care professionals.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a sales plan to grow territory revenue and meet or exceed goals
Prospect, qualify, and convert new business while deepening relationships with existing accounts
Act as a trusted consultant to independent eye care professionals, presenting solutions tailored to their unique needs
Confidently present, negotiate, and close sales to drive sustainable growth and build a book of business from the ground up
Excellent organization and communication skills
Use technology, digital tools, and social media to amplify outreach and track performance
Manage time and territory efficiently, including daily travel and occasional overnight stays
Sense of style and eye for fashion
Candidates must be capable of regularly carrying sample bags weighing a minimum of 30 lbs, requiring car trunk space utilization and lifting
