Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize end-to-end HubSpot automations for the full customer lifecycle
Build and maintain complex list segmentation using properties, lists, workflows, and custom objects
Create and manage HubSpot sales sequences for direct sales teams, such as Door-to-Door, Inside Sales, Field Marketing, and Storefront
Build and maintain lead scoring and customer health scoring
Integrate and maintain third-party tools and integrations with HubSpot
Build custom reports and dashboards for various departments across the organization
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to continuously improve conversion rates and decrease churn
Act as a proactive communicator, keeping teams and management informed, engaging stakeholders early, and uniting teams for project and system improvements
Conduct regular HubSpot sales and marketing audits, providing actionable recommendations
Serve as the primary support resource for internal users, troubleshooting system-related issues, monitoring performance, managing user permissions, and resolving duplicate records and errors
Stay proactive with the latest HubSpot features and capabilities, leveraging them to enhance system performance and usability
Create and maintain clear, detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures for consistency

Required

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administrator, Information Technology, or a related field required
Proven experience administering HubSpot
Solid understanding of HubSpot APIs
Experience supporting a team of sales professionals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Direct experience executing multi-channel strategies and a strong understanding of marketing and sales lifecycles
Service excellence mindset
