They are seeking an experienced Senior Consumer Partnerships Manager to identify and pursue consumer partnerships to enhance Amazon Leo's value proposition, focusing on partner development and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and manage Consumer partnership opportunities for Amazon Leo Consumer services
Negotiate complex partnership opportunities that complement Amazon Leo's service offering through innovative bundling and value-added services
Define the long-term strategy and business model for consumer partnerships
Develop detailed business requirements for new consumer partnership opportunities
Develop, implement, and manage all consumer partnership processes, systems, and reports to meet the rapid growth of the business, revenue attainment, and partnership objectives
Participate in Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reviews, and continuously measure and forecast attainment against goals, utilizing various dashboards and tools to derive well-vetted analysis

Required

5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
5+ years of professional or military experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences
Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum

Preferred

Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish
5+ years in technology, media, or telecommunications; satellite internet; or subscription businesses
