Jr Customer Service Representative
Insight Technology Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual as a Jr Customer Service Representative. This role involves providing proactive customer support, addressing client needs and complaints, and improving processes for long-term success. The successful candidate will focus on building relationships with clients and ensuring excellent customer service while meeting call center metrics.

Responsibilities
Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services
Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued
Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed
Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability
Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in a call center
Associate's degree
Proven ability to multitask simultaneously communicating and inputting data
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with telephony systems, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in handling sensitive information
