Responsibilities
Oversee and direct all phases of executive recruitment operations—from requisition initiation through executive onboarding—ensuring seamless resume screening, shortlisting, management of complex schedules, stakeholder meetings, and talent assessments at the highest organizational levels
Deliver an exceptional, “white-glove” candidate experience for executive-level talent, managing personalized communications and ensuring Duke Health's values are reflected at every touchpoint
Develop, maintain, and enhance recruitment infrastructure—including executive pipelines, pre-brief materials, and real-time reporting—to support timely and informed decision-making
Direct the seamless transition and onboarding of executive hires, partnering closely with senior leadership and executive assistants to ensure a world-class assimilation experience
Collaborate with talent strategies leadership to drive continuous improvement and innovation in executive recruitment strategy and operations
Proactively organize and facilitate executive recruitment initiatives, including strategic talent mapping, engagement sessions, and leadership pipeline cultivation
Act as a trusted steward of highly sensitive executive search information, maintaining strict confidentiality and professional discretion throughout all communications and interactions
Oversee executive calendars, organize complex travel logistics, and prepare high-impact agendas, reports, and presentations for senior audiences
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required with significant relevant experience
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required with significant relevant experience
Minimum of 3 years in executive recruitment coordination, executive search, or comparable exempt-level talent acquisition roles preferred
Expert proficiency in executive recruitment technology, databases, and advanced Microsoft Office Suite applications
