Responsibilities

Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, and social media platforms
Conduct preliminary research and needs analysis to understand customers’ requirements and tailor sales strategies accordingly
Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to prospects to generate interest and secure sales appointments
Actively follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for sales qualified leads and booked demos to effectively build a sales pipeline
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to maximize sales potential
Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities, document customer interactions, and provide accurate sales forecasts
Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ offerings to effectively position our products or services
Continuously develop sales skills and product knowledge through training, workshops, and self-learning to enhance sales performance

Qualification

Required

Experience as an Inside Sales Representative or in a similar sales role, preferably in a B2B environment highly preferred; desire to pursue a career in sales required
Previous experience as a clinical research site coordinator or highly similar position required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, ideally with a track record of successfully building a sales pipeline
Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual who thrives in a target-driven sales environment
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and analyze sales data
Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and embrace new sales techniques and strategies

Preferred

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events, if required
