Responsibilities
Implement, maintain, and enforce GitOps best practices , including branching strategies and repository guardrails
Configure and manage pull request workflows , including milestones, labels, and automated checks
Plan and execute release cutovers , coordinating timelines, dependencies, and release activities
Collaborate independently with development, QA, operations, project management, and external teams to identify, triage, and resolve branch and release issues
Lead branch cuts , release coordination, and issue triage to ensure stable and controlled releases
Ensure adherence to industry best practices in release engineering and version control workflows
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of experience in Release Management
5–10 years of experience in Release Engineering
2–5 years of hands-on experience with Git workflows and branching strategies
2–5 years of experience using Git and GitHub
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex dependencies across teams
Release Management: 8 years (Required)
