Responsibilities
Create, refine, and maintain RF test approaches for high-frequency ICs, particularly within mmWave and 5G-class architectures
Perform characterization and verification activities at both bench and system levels, including debugging and diagnosing RFIC performance issues
Contribute to the design, review, and improvement of evaluation boards, test fixtures, and associated hardware used for device testing
Partner with design, systems, and product teams to ensure accurate test coverage and smooth transitions throughout the development cycle
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a closely related field, with extensive industry experience in RFIC testing and measurement
Strong proficiency using RF lab instruments such as VNAs, spectrum analyzers, vector signal sources, and signal analyzers
Deep familiarity with hands-on RF validation workflows for integrated circuits operating at mmWave frequencies
Ability to work onsite full-time and collaborate directly with hardware, RF, and systems engineering personnel
Preferred
Experience with automated RF test setups or scripting for measurement automation
Background in beamforming architectures or phased-array RF systems
Prior involvement in developing evaluation hardware or test methods for early-stage silicon
