Qualification

Required

2–3 years of electrical drafting experience (civil focus not considered)
Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD (MicroStation a plus)
Experience creating electrical drawings using CAD/BIM/3D modeling tools
Solid understanding of electrical engineering principles and drafting standards
Ability to collaborate with engineering teams; mentoring junior technicians is a plus

Preferred

Familiarity with substation projects (schematics, wiring, site layouts)
