Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and pursue high-value RFPs, RFIs, AOR opportunities, and strategic partnerships across priority sectors
Leverage ABCD’s certifications (NMSDC, WBENC) to access corporate procurement pathways and matchmaking programs
Attend key industry conferences and events to expand ABCD’s pipeline and visibility
Develop targeted outreach strategies for CMOs, procurement leads, executives, and marketing decision-makers
Architect integrated demand-generation strategies that increase awareness, drive inbound interest, and position ABCD as a top-tier partner for marketing and advertising needs
Build and manage a multi-channel marketing engine—including content, digital campaigns, speaking engagements, sponsorships, and thought leadership—that consistently fuels high-quality leads
Assisting with expanding marketing & advertising revenue annually
Strengthen pricing models, margin analysis, and profitability reviews
Design scalable processes that accelerate RFP submissions and increase win rates
Develop and evolve ABCD’s brand positioning, messaging, and creative narrative within the marketplace
Cultivate relationships with major marketing/advertising trade associations and national agencies to elevate ABCD’s industry footprint
Identify sponsorships, speaking opportunities, conferences, and thought leadership placements that drive ROI and brand authority
Provide guidance and escalation support for client work
Mentor and develop the marketing team, ensuring excellence in deliverables and cross-functional alignment
Oversee processes, SOPs, workflows, and approvals to enable operational excellence and campaign delivery
Establish baseline metrics for procurement engagement and measure month-over-month progress
Track success rates for RFP submissions, win rates, revenue growth, and partnership ROI
Report regularly to the CMO on pipeline strength, campaign performance, and strategic opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
8–10 years of experience in integrated marketing, agency leadership, or business development roles
Proven experience winning large-scale RFPs and securing multi-year marketing partnerships
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Strong financial acumen and ability to manage pricing, margins, and forecasting
Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams
