The eight-week program provides students with an introduction to the business insurance industry, where they will gain hands-on experience and develop professional skills across various departments.

Responsibilities

Participate and contribute both individually and as a part of a team working on project-based assignments
Work on meaningful professional experiences with case studies through multiple departments of an insurance brokerage firm
Collaborate closely with Regional Division Leaders and be supported by dedicated mentors
Engage in structured training sessions and industry-specific projects

Required

Candidates must be actively enrolled in college
Candidates must be a rising junior and/or senior in their respective major

Involvement in school organizations and activities
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
