Responsibilities

Acts as a specialist in managing projects of varying complexity, overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements, industry standards, business goals, internal processes and governance

Advises senior leadership on project performance, risks, and opportunities, providing insights to optimize project execution, resource allocation, and budget management

Applies highly developed project management methodologies to define and actively manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring that all projects are completed safely, to the quality levels necessary, on time, within scope, and within budget

Handles complex project issues, identifying potential risks and proposing actionable solutions to mitigate delays, cost overruns, or operational inefficiencies

Develops actionable insights based on data analysis and project metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement in project management processes and project outcomes

Interfaces with cross-functional teams to align project goals, track progress, and ensure resource availability, acting as the central point of contact for all project-related inquiries

Assembles and coaches project teams to develop a high-performing culture and provide guidance on best practices, risk management strategies, and client management techniques to ensure successful project execution

Performs other duties as assigned
